Bread Tags into Wheelchairs!

Our school has just started to collect bread tags. 

WHY you may ask? To help raise some money to buy wheelchairs of course!

It takes 200kg of bread tags to be able to afford ONE wheelchair. 

THAT'S A LOT OF BREAD TAGS!

Some Sweet Moves

Room 2 wanted to share on our class blog what we do every morning for fitness to wake our bodies up and get it moving before we start learning for the day.

The video shows most of Room 2 students dancing along to "How Far I'll Go" from the Movie Moana, we used the Just Dance video that is available on Youtube!

Wash Your Hands!!

This week Room 2 is learning about Personal Hygiene in health!
We learnt that washing hands is VERY important!
We loved learning about this because now we know how to keep ourselves clean and healthy.

EHS went to the Auckland Zoo!

On May 15th 2019 Room 1 and Room 6 went to the Auckland Zoo. We had so much fun looking at all the different animals and learning about their traits.

Did you know that Emu eggs are blue?? They were so beautiful!

Art with Losalina

Room 2 LOVED having Losalina in today for art.
We were told to draw our own self-portraits, our favourite foods, favourite sport and also what we love to do!
Can't wait to do more art with her next week!

Kiwican FUNDAY!

Today Room 2 were very lucky! 
We were chosen to spend our middle block with Kiwican and had a FUNDAY!
